Organisational Self Review

The Enabling Good Lives (EGL) based Organisational Self Review process will enable services to identify areas of current strength and areas for development – according to the EGL principles. As a ‘self review’ process, it is intended to create insight, enable organisations to map a pathway forward, link organisations to relevant guidelines that will assist development (see pages 11 and 12) and contribute to streamlining external evaluation.

Organisational Summary Self Review

a. Those employed in the organisation have opportunity to reflect on their practice
b. The results of individual interviews are collated
c. You obtain a clear picture of areas of strength and areas requiring development
d. You select what you need or want to take action on
e. Develop Action Plans
