Many disabled people and people with health conditions want to work, and want support to do this.
Opt In provides extra help to people who get Supported Living Payment and want to get a job, do some training, or study. It is aimed at people aged from 16 to 29 years and is being trialled in 22 centres around New Zealand.
Many disabled people and people with health conditions work, and enjoy the rewards it provides.
If you are interested in working, training or studying, talk to us to see if you are able to join Opt In or to find out about the other ways Work and Income can help you.
