Meet the people who have started using the Ministry of Health’s New Model for Supporting Disabled People.

Those in the Bay of Plenty have access to Local Area Coordination and Enhanced Individualised Funding, while people in Auckland and Waikato have been benefitting from Choice in Community Living.
