System Transfomation is working with providers so they and their workforce are aware of the changes to the disability support system in MidCentral from 1 October 2018 and what the changes mean for them.　

To support providers to have conversations with their workforce, below are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) and a PowerPoint presentation. 　

The powerpoint presentation is able to be customised with photos and includes a slide for providers to add in detail about what their organisation is doing to respond to the new system. Please email STfeedback@moh.govt.nz to have the presentation emailed to you.
